Policy under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

Hosoda Kyoyusha Co., Ltd., Eitaro Sohonpo Co., Ltd., and Eitaro Setsugekka Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Kyoei Group"),in recognition that it is a social responsibility of a company to appropriately handle any information that can be used to identify a specific individual such as names, addresses, or any other private matter provided by customers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Information"), will protect and respect Personal Information in accordance with the following.

1． Purpose of use of Personal Information

Personal Information provided by customers will not be used for any purpose other than the provision or introduction of products or services handled by the Kyoei Group.

2． Provision of Personal Information to third parties

Personal Information provided by customers will not be provided to any third party other than subcontractors or business partners of the Kyoei Group, or the successor of the business of the Group, except in cases where it is judged to be for a legitimate purpose including, but not limited to, cases of provision under laws and regulations.

3．Management method for Personal Information

The Kyoei Group will appoint an administrator for each department handling Personal Information of customers, and such administrators will exert their best efforts to prevent the leak, outflow, and loss of Personal Information.

4．Viewing, correction, and deletion of Personal Information

If a request is made by a customer to the relevant department of a Kyoei Group company to view, add to, or correct or delete the Personal Information on such customer registered by such customer himself or herself, such relevant department will respond thereto in a reasonable and prompt manner.

With respect to the above, the Group will respect any laws, regulations, and standards applicable to Personal Information, and review and continue the measures as provided for in each of the above items.
